Cauldron have been in the vegan food market for years, and so have these falafel balls. That does not men that an old favourite should not be reviewed however,
As can be told from the short introduction, I like these. They are versatile, ideal for sandwiches or a side, and can be eaten hot or cold.
Made from mostly chickpeas, these are high in fibre, but more than that flavour. Some falafel can be described as bland, though I do not think these are, and they are not dry either.
Cauldron have been making these for a while, and that probably explains are that needs to be known. If they were not any good, they wouldn't have lasted as long as they have. If you haven't already, go and try them.
