Fry's are a well established South African brand run by actual vegetarians, so it has credit. They have been making good quality food for years, and these nuggets are a part of that.
They come frozen in a box, so can be stored easily and cooked when required. Cooking them is easy, in either the grill, oven or frying pan.
Four portions come in each box, and the nuggets are the size you would expect them to be. These ones are coated in breadcrumbs, the 'chicken' being made mostly from soy.
They taste great, no funny flavours or odd texture. They are nice dunked in a sauce too. This writer finds them pleasant, and as flavoursome as this kind of product would be expected to be. They aren't a blend of veg and spices after all.
If you want a vegan nugget, these are a good buy.
