This is a vegetarian product review, as it contains dairy products. For interested vegetarians, they will be keen to know this quiche is simply a delight on the taste buds.
It looks quite pleasant on the eye, basil clearly on top. It is easy to cut up, the pastry not being too thick.
Goat's cheese can sometimes be used too much, but it is not here. There is just enough for its flavour to come through.
The tomato is lovely. Again, there is just enough to complement the cheese and the basil. It is a really nice quiche this, and meat free.
It is not the healthy option this quiche, but as a treat and part of a balanced diet, its certainly a good meat free recommendation. I think it is a delight.
