This creation from Sainsbury's may be a mouth full to speak, but they are a nice treat. They are made with real Mozzarella, so are not suitable for vegans.
They are a credible alternative to meat, and offer lots of flavour. The breadcrumb is flavoured with lemon and basil, which goes well with the risotto and mozzarella centre.
Spinach and cheese is often a winning combination, and is so again here. The spinach and Mozzarella both flavours come through well.
Excellent as a side or as part of main, they appeal to meat eaters as much as vegetarians.
