When shopping for vegan food it becomes quickly apparent that a smoky flavour is behind a great many products. While not always unwelcome, it would be nice if different flavours were used for undertones more often.
These steaks have, you guessed it, a vey smoky flavour, and go okay with ketchup, if that's your thing. They are different in other ways though.
For a vegan product they are quite tough, and are meaty in the sense there is a lot to chew. Personally I think they are sized well also, and they look good too.
When compared to sausages or burgers, there are not a great amount of vegan steaks available, so if you want to try some, these might be the easiest for you to buy.
